Currently our carrier does not deliver to PO Boxes, Freight Forwarding Addresses, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska. Returns- QualityProductsUS does accept returns. Buyer is responsible for return shipping on any item that is not damaged or defective. If we are indeed responsible for a damage or defect, we will send you a prepaid mailing label to your email. Once item is returned to our warehouse, we will inspect the item's defect or damage and issue a refund accordingly. ALL returns are inspected by our team to check for any false information regarding your return. If you are found providing misleading information, our team has the right to decline the free shipping in the return costs and the shipping costs will come off of your refund.
