The buyer must send returns using a tracked shipping service that can verify the delivery of the item to the seller.  Return Of Goods Damaged On Arrival:  All efforts are made to securely & safely pack and ship orders made through Amazon. That said, very occasionally packages are mishandled and damaged during shipment. If products arrive in damaged condition please contact the seller directly through Amazon's messaging service. Please be prepared to explain the nature & extent of the damage and to send photos showing the damage incurred to both the package and the purchased item.
